Performance Based Systems
Promote performance-based education as the foundation of the model. Systems that are called to low standards will produce low standards. Systems that are required to perform at a higher level will perform at that level. It is clear that we need to raise the performance bar if we wish to achieve higher standards.
Problem:

American innovation has lost some of it's edge as more and more patents are filed from elsewhere. We are importing more ideas more than we used to, while our exports are dropping in ratio. There are many reasons for this though.

- More adaptable systems
- Students realize greater potentials.
