Mess O' the Whole Potamia Region - Libya Uprising
Editors Note: Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, stated in reaction to the protests and actions by Muammar al-Gaddafi:
"It is unimaginable that there is someone who is able to kill and bombard his own people. How can a ruler bombard his own people, and then say I will kill anyone who opposes me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I think the whole world was appalled at what happened in Libya. It was very bad behavior and I hope they will make up for that and meet their peoples demands."
When Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who, on inauguration day, after taking the oath of office, broadcast live on Iranian state television, stated he will "protect the official faith, the system of the Islamic revolution and the constitution", after which hundreds of riot police met opposition protesters outside parliament, and consequently resulting in extended protests, during which hundreds of protesters were injured and some killed, while many more were incarcerated and reportedly tortured would...
Okay, let's face it. Ahmadinejad has been paying very close attention to the manner in which politicians and media, right here in America, spin reality to make an appeal to emotion argument and give ones 'people' that feel good delusional feeling that we here in America, to various degrees, have been wallowing in for quite some time.
